SMS Retention Local is operated by Blake for a personal, authorized reporting workflow. These terms describe permitted use of the desktop application and this information website.
Authorized access
Use only accounts, reporting systems and spreadsheets that you own or are permitted to access. Google authorization does not grant access to a reporting platform, and access to a reporting platform does not grant access to a Google spreadsheet. Do not use this tool to circumvent account permissions or security controls.
Synchronization
Review the spreadsheet destination, platform mapping and reporting dates before manual synchronization or enabling a scheduled task. The tool is designed to preserve existing values and formulas and to fill eligible blank retention cells. It does not approve transactions or perform payments. Changes by other spreadsheet editors, reporting updates, unavailable sessions and network failures can affect results.
Availability and accuracy
Results depend on source-system data, observation periods, permissions and Google API availability. An unavailable metric is not a zero value. Verify material reporting results against their source, and maintain appropriate spreadsheet history or backups. Continuous operation and uninterrupted authorization cannot be guaranteed.
Stopping use
You may disable scheduled synchronization, close the application, revoke Google access or remove local application data. Revoking authorization does not delete data already synchronized to your spreadsheet. Data handling and deletion assistance are described in the Privacy Policy.
